A deposit of half the treatment fee is required upon booking to secure the appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior. If you require your appointment to be rescheduled please give at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit can transfer to your new appointment. We are unable to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment.

Please be aware that appointments cancelled within 24 hours or failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and may incur the full treatment charge.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and cannot be extended beyond this time.

Please attend Sunflower Wellness promptly for your appointment, as lateness may result in your treatment time being reduced.
