Yoga is an ancient practice originating in India, which combines breath, movement and postures, meditation and philosophy. Designed to help bring balance and calm to the mind and body, yoga is proven to be very beneficial for physical and mental wellbeing.

You can book a private yoga session at Sunflower Wellness with Cathy. Cathy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a 500 hour qualified teacher having trained in Northern Ireland and India. Cathy is trained in a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga.

Each private yoga session will be tailored to your abilities and aims, with all mats and props provided.

Cathy also teaches a number of public classes in Yoga Quarter, The Little Yogi Studio and Om Studio.
